DIY Lip-Service Shirt

I had this white pinstripe shirt from Lip-Service, but after I lost weight, it sorta bulged in the center where my waist is, making it look a little funny. Plus, I've never been that fond of white clothing, so I dyed it black, which really brought out the stripes in the fabric, since they were made of more synthetic fibers and didn't absorb the dye as well. The main fabric and the trim absorbed differently too, leaving the shirt a deep purple/black with darker black trim. I added rivet trim to the back of the shirt as an easy sizing fix.

The shirt before.

When tied extra tight, the shirt makes a cute open-style over-shirt for tank tops.
